Dear Holy Rosary School Families,
The month of September was a big success. The students are off to a good start.
* Our annual fall fundraiser has begun! We are sponsoring 3 fundraisers this year to help families to fulfill the yearly, mandatory $400 fee. Please call the school with any questions about our fundraisers.
*Please be sure to regularly check Dojo, Google Classroom and class pages for important updates and information.
*Our Screenflex dividers have arrived and have been arranged in all of our learning areas. Thank you to our students. teachers and families for being so patient! They look wonderful and provide just enough privacy and noise reduction for a more productive learning environment.
*Our ADAPP program began with grades 3-8 last week with learning modules that help students develop decision making skills, improve self concept and help students grow in self confidence.
These skills translate into making better decisions in school, at home, and in life.
*Electronic copies of the family handbook and calendar were emailed home and we also have them available on our website. You have also received an email with forms that need to be completed and returned for BOTH IN PERSON and REMOTE learners. Please email these forms to the school or send in with your child by Wednesday 10/14.
COMING SOON
*Our value for the month of October is RESPECT; “Respect means treating others as you want to be treated. Respect is recognizing and responding to the Godgiven dignity of each person. Do to others whatever you would have them do to you. Matthew 7:12”
This values is being observed by all schools in the Arch and will be incorporated into our daily lessons throughout the month. Please join us in emphasizing this at home as well with your child so that together we help our students develop a respect for themselves and for each other.
